Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, chopped

  • 2tsp ground ginger
  • 2tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Au Natural Alkaline Complete Protein
  • 1/2 nutmeg, finely grated
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1tbsp maple syrup

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
