Naturopath student and recipe developer, Isabella Robbo, created this delicious gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free indulgence using VIVO Nue's Coco Bliss Protein.
Enjoy for breakfast, as a snack or even as a healthy dessert!
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 rice malt syrup (or to taste)
1 can of organic coconut cream
1/4 cup of nut milk
1/4 cup of @vivonue Coco Bliss Plant Protein
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp of cocao nibs
Toppings: Green yoghurt, Berries, more cocao nibs
1. Add the coconut cream, nut milk, rice malt to a bowl and whisk. To the same bowl, add in the chia, VIVO Nue Coco Bliss and cocoa powder, cocoa nibs and whisk.
2. Cover the bowl and set in the fridge for about 4 hours.
3. Serve layered with Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt for dairy free! Top with berries and cocoa nibs and enjoyyy my loves!
