Creamy Chocolate, Coconut and Banana Smoothie Bowl

With the weather warming up in here Australia and the summer months just around the corner, we're looking for wholesome, nutritious meals that are quick and easy to prepare and are going to keep us cool, while fueling our body's nutritional needs.
Our smooth, creamy chocolate, coconut and banana smoothie bowl recipe ticks all the boxes. Plus with a scoop of our Coco Bliss alkaline complete protein powder, you'll get the added protein kick. Perfect for that post work out treat!
Ingredients - Smoothie Bowl
2 frozen bananas, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup of ice
1/2 cup of natural, unsweetened coconut yoghurt (if you would like to make this smoothie bowl as a smoothie so it can be easily transported, swap the coconut yoghurt for coconut milk and add filtered water or coconut water until the desired consistency is reached).
Ingredients - Topping Suggestions:
Fresh banana, peeled and sliced
Chia seeds
Cacao nibs
Pumpkin seeds
Medjool dates

1. Place all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl into a high speed blender and blend well, until smooth and creamy.
2. Scoop the smoothie ingredients out into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings (see our suggestions above).
