Absolutely drool worthy, super moist mocha cake coming in hot! This is the perfect, indulgent sweet treat! Not only is it gluten and dairy free, but it's got that extra hit of protein thanks to our Creamy Coffee Plant Protein. Cue coffee cravings and sweet tooth satisfaction all in one! 1 cup Buckwheat Flour
2/3 cup Keto Creamy Coffee Plant Protein
1 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp instant coffee
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp.pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp oil
1 Cup boiling water
1/4 cup Icing + 1/4 cup almond milk (and optional + 1/4 cup Creamy Coffee Protein )
1. Mix all dry ingredients together and then add in wet ingredients.
2. Place in a baking tray.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the centre comes out clean if you put a tooth-pick in the middle.
4. Once cooled, add icing and enjoy!
