Ingredients
2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 scoop VIVO Nue Au Naturel protein powder
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup tahini
1/8 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Nigella seeds
Extra olive oil
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. To serve, add hummus to a bowl and drizzle a little extra olive oil over the top of the hummus and sprinkle with nigella seeds.
