If you’re after a super quick snack to make up that has minimal ingredients, maximum flavour and high protein, then look no further - then our recipe developer extraordinaire, Hannah Edwards, has got you covered!!
These bars are super yum and pretty versatile as you can switch up the add in ingredients to whatever you like!
▪️40g Runny Peanut Butter
▪️50g VIVO Au Naturel Protein Powder
▪️20g Almond Meal
▪️65ml Almond Milk
▪️10g Brown Rice Syrup
▪️30g Dark Chocolate Chunks
▪️1/2 Vanilla Essence *optional
▪️Pinch of Pink Salt *optional
▪️Chocolate Bliss Ball (Hannah used @hearusraw )
- Mix all the ingredients (except the bliss ball) together in a bowl and pretty firmly into a lined tin.
- Crumble up bliss ball and press on to the top.
- Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and store for up to a week.
