Oats with Coconut Almond Yoghurt

The lovely Hannah reminds us with this super simple recipe that oats is an underrated breakfast that actually tastes amazing, is full of nutrients and can be "jazzed" up with the delicious toppings!

So here's one way to make delicious oats in the morning. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats of your choice 
  • 1 serve (40g) of VIVO Nue Vanilla Creme 
  • Water to cook oats

Toppings:

  • fresh sliced apple
  • berries
  • buckinis
  • pepitas
  • coconut almond yoghurt 

Method:

  1. Cook the oats as per instructions and your liking
  2. Add VIVO Vanilla Creme together with water 
  3. Place into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings and a generous dollop of coconut almond yoghurt
