Protein-packed mashed avo & cheese peas turmeric roll

Like burritos? 

Well, here's one for all your burrito lovers (and generally anyone who likes delicious but also ridiculously healthy food): A mashed avo & cheese peas turmeric roll.

Brought to you by our own recipe developer, Candy, who says this one is:

"Super EASY PEASY to whip up yet so satisfying!! Like eating a brekkie burrito." 

Here is the recipe for you VIVO tribe:

✖️TURMERIC ROLL:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
1.5 tsp psyllium husk powder
2.5 tbsp unflavoured protein powder @vivonue (aka our Au Naturel)
1/2 cup warm water
🌿Mix everything together and let sit for 5mins for the oats to absorb the liquid. Form a dough and flatten with your hand to form a flatbread shape on a non-stick pan. Fry with a bit of oil on both sides until golden brown. Use it as a wrap.

✖️Fillings:
1/4 cup frozen green peas, thawed then mashed with vegan cheese (I used vegan cheddar @knowrishwell )
1/3 avocado, mashed with lemon juice, salt and pepper
Your favourite spread or hummus (I used @everymite )
