The Royal Red Goodness Bowl
The past couple of weeks have been crazy - I pretty much survived on 3-4 hours of sleep each night First it was uni finals, followed by moving house and a housewarming party... but I’m thankful that I have the next three days off Gonna spend some quality relaxing time with my family + REST!! Throwing back to my first time trying steel-cut oats and I’m in love!! It takes longer time to cook through but I really like the texture! The bowl is made with cinnamon and maca - a combo that you have to try!! Tastes like sweet caramel when you combine with vanilla protein I topped the bowl with lots of RED fruits: fresh cherries , apple , nectarine , hemp seeds @royalhemp_au and Ayurvedic Turmeric granola @padma.wellbeing
THE ROYAL RED GOODNESS BOWL
(Makes 2 bowls)
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 cup water @pureauaustralia
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon @gewurzhaus
1 tsp ground maca @natureswayoz
2 serves Vanilla protein (I used Vanilla Creme @vivonue )
Mix everything together and serves with your favourite toppings like cherries, sliced apples and seeds and nuts.
