It's World Chocolate Day!

We're celebrating World Chocolate Day with a delicious plant based chocolate icing recipe, which we love to use on top of gluten free chocolate cake, chocolate brownies or raw treats for an irresistible and decadent dessert.

1 - 2 small ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
30g VIVO Nue Coco Blis
1/2 tablespoon - 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, sifted
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Maple syrup to taste
Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
2. Simple spread icing over a chocolate cake or other baked or raw treat. Then place your dessert into the fridge to allow the icing to set (the coconut oil helps it to do this). Remove from the fridge just before serving.
